You create your own unique encryption key during setup and only you have access to it, making your backup files unreadable to anyone else — including us.

Additionally, Remote Data Backups, Inc. gathers information from customers in order to contact them or bill them for their accounts. We do not share customer information with anyone.

With Remote Data Backups, your data is completely confidential and safe from third-party marketing efforts and unauthorized access.
