Use this option if any of the following
occurs:
- The Agent software was corrupted or removed from your
computer
(i.e. your hard drive was reformatted or replaced).
- You want to transfer your existing backup account to a new
computer.
- You canceled the initial installation of your Agent
software.
After reinstalling, you can retrieve the files you backed up to
this account. Each account is associated with a single computer; do not
install on multiple computers.
